Shooting Subhumans and The Blunders at The Crauford Arms

My Dad took me to see Subhumans, a band that he’s been listening to since he was 11 (now in his early 50’s), a punk band formed in 1980 and unlike most, in the West Country (as opposed to London). Playing with them were The Blunders.

I took my XT5 with the Fuji 18-55 2.8 zoom. Did struggle a bit in the low light and was trying to get to grips with my setup, as I’ve not had the chance to practice much low light or live music photography.

Definitely need to invest in a fast prime for upping my game in these scenarios!

Opted for the Ilford HP5 400 plus recipe from Fuji X Weekly to try to re-create a punk zine like vibe.
